Amuse Bouche and Boogie: An Evening with UK Black Pride
Hosted by Lady Phyll and Crystal Head Vodka
Crystal Head Vodka has brought together The Stratford Hotel’s Manhattan Loft Gardens and UK Black Pride for a series of fabulous warm-up events to raise money for UK Black Pride and Kaleidoscope Trust. The line-up includes performances, discussions and revelry, demonstrating to LGBTQ people in the UK and across the world that we need to ensure a better and more loving world for us all.
Drinks will be provided by Crystal Head Pride Vodka, for every bottle sold, a donation is given to Kaleidoscope Trust, the international LGBT+ human rights charity fighting the subjugation of LGBT people across The Commonwealth.
100% of all ticket revenue is being donated to UK Black Pride and Kaleidoscope Trust.
Thursday 11th August will see Amuse Bouche & Boogie VIP event, an evening of cocktails, canapés & activism hosted by political activist Lady Phyll with performances, discussion and incredible acts including Yshee Black, Tenaka Fuego and Jay Jay Revlon, with music from the Stratford Hotel’s house band. £100 a ticket available here
Yshee Black will be bringing a special Kings and Queens of Colour edition of her Church of Yshee to East London on Saturday 13th. Guests will be treated to lip sync performances, special guest appearances, prizes and a Crystal Head Vodka cocktail on arrival. £15 a ticket available here

Hi-Spirits, announces the return of the Classic Cocktail Competition, with a twist.
Calling on UK bartenders to submit their twists of classic cocktails found in the ‘Anthology of 12 Classic Cocktails’ book, authored by Jake Burger. The four regional winners will enjoy an all-expenses paid trip to Milan, the home of the Fernet-Branca distillery and Branca Brands, as well as their winning cocktails served at the 2022 Fernet-Branca BarBack Games taking place in London later this year.

The ultimate expression of summer in a bottle, made in Scotland’s first carbon negative distillery and limited to 1,500 bottles, will be available from BrewDog bars across the country and Brewdog.com
Using a grain to glass approach, BrewDog Distilling Co uses triple bubble distillation for four days, then the crystal clear spirit vapour climbs a purification column so high, BrewDog Distilling Co had to rebuild their roof around it. This liquid is then infused with juicy watermelon and British strawberries to ensure the resulting spirit packs a punch, with notes of wild berries, cucumber and a touch of strawberry ice cream.
