Searching for some spring sunshine, it was off to Turin and Cocconato at the end of March to celebrate the release of a new limited edition Cocchi Vermouth. Diplomatico have raided the garden with their delicious ‘healthy hedonism’ vegetable cocktail serves whilst unearthing some of London’s best talent in the search for the ‘Diplomat of the New Era’. Is Fradis has kicked off the opening of the summer season last weekend with a new Sardinian inspired summer menu and a soon to be announced special guest DJ. Jensen’s are keeping things sprouting with their new allotment cocktails which you can try for yourself at the Ropewalk Bar in Lassco whilst Our/London vodka has been named ‘Best booze in London’ by the Telegraph.
