It’s been a non-stop summer, here’s a snapshot of this month’s highlights:

Evening Standard Rum Club with Diplomático Rum


Evening Standard and The Rum Club teamed up with Diplomático Rum to host intimate experiences at the Ivy Club, with dinner and a rum masterclass. Diplomático European Brand Ambassador Jon Lister and world-renowned spirits expert, Douglas Blyde hosted the evenings.

Sekforde for Vodka & Gin

London Fashion Week is incoming…. Are you a #skinnyb**ch drinker? aka vodka lime and soda… instead try it with Sekforde for Vodka & Gin for a botanical flavoured hit. Chilean Pisco

Do as the Chilean’s do and drink Chilean Pisco in a Piston -  pisco and good quality tonic, served with a slice of pink grapefruit for a floral and aromatic alternative to a G&T.
Chile’s number 1 spirit is so more than just a component of a pisco sour, dating back 500 years. We are working with 3 of Chile’s finest: Pisco Waqar, El Gobernador and Kappa – all produced at the base of the Atacama valley.

Here’s a snapshot of all the liquid refreshment we’re been working on.

Tropical Diplomático cocktails a go go at the Palm Terrace at The Bloomsbury Club Bar, the perfect place to celebrate National Rum Day on the 16th August or Carnival on the 28th bank holiday weekend…ditch the crowds and head for the cool, leafy sanctuary of the terrace for slushy Daiquiris on tap.

Citadelle Gin not only hosted a Bastille Brunch at Neptune restaurant - a decadent feast complete with oysters and French-Independence themed cocktails. The ‘Gin de France’ was also featured in GQ, Mail Online and Metro, and voted ‘IndyBest’s Best Buy’ European Gin, up-keeping its reputation as the world’s most awarded gin.

Have you been following Sekforde Drinks’ social channels? They’ve been making waves up and down the Thames with a series of boat cruises, serving their favourite spirit and tasty mixer combos! If you missed those, check them out on the new cocktail menu at Trailer Happiness and the brand new Tiki paradise bar, Laki Kane.

Bánh Bánh, a family-run Vietnamese set up by the five Nguyen siblings, has just launched their second site in Brixton. With food inspired by their grandmother’s recipes whilst she worked as a chef in Saigon in the 1940s, Bánh Bánh Brixton will serve a host of brand new vegan dishes in addition to their zingy, fresh classics, Friday to Sunday brunches and a fresh cordial-laced cocktail list, home-made juices and local craft beers. Who’s down pho it?

Loads going on this month here at Domino Comms, highlights as follows:


The ‘Gin de France’ Citadelle Gin are delighted to have partnered up with Blixen in Spitalfields for the 10th World Gin Day, serving up delicious £6 G&T and oysters to all wristband holders, hosting 2 exclusive G&T and oyster masterclasses with the European brand ambassador and a bespoke Citadelle cocktail menu, oh la la!


Sekforde Mixers can now be enjoyed sky high at City Social bar as a part of their new mocktail menu – try the Splinter with Sekforde for Rum or the Belfast Dry Dock with Sekforde for Whiskey whilst watching over the city from the iconic skyscraper Tower 42. Saintfully sinning with altitude!


Diplomatico Rum will be bringing a latin voyage of discovery to the Bloomsbury Club Terrace this June, there will be sophisticated Tiki cocktails, a lush ferned garden and bespoke food menu with a Venezuelan twist.


There’s a new hot spot for Cocchi too! Bar genius Oskar Kinberg has created an awe-inspiring new cocktail menu at Ollie Dabbous’s Hide Below in Mayfair. We’ll be sipping on the Next of Kin - Shochu, plum kernel, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, cherry blossom, Maraschino, Campari or Blunderbuss - Johnnie Walker gold label, brown butter, Cocchi Americano, Pedro Ximenez & Amontillado sherries…all summer long!
